No electricity for 5 days. Eskom is not doing anything about it.

We have been calling Eskom from Saturday 22 Feb 2020 because in our neighbourhood power didn't come back after the Saturday load shedding and they still haven't bothered to check what is going on. Whenever I call they keep on saying they are coming but they never come. I have just called them now and they telling me that they will come tomorrow, yesterday they said they will come today. I have never been so frustrated in my entire existence, we can not do anything, we can not cook, we can't iron our clothes to go to work, food in the fridges and deep fridges is getting spoilt. Eskom is just not attending our issues. All they are doing is making us fools. Its been 4 days without electricity now. This just shows that no one really cares about the people who live in the townships of Pongola, if this how we get treated. I know very well that if it was other races this would have been sorted by Saturday but because its us the less important we still in the dark and it's nobody problem. When will we be treated fairly in this country!?
