No electricity for 5 days

After load shedding on Friday the 11th March 2022. Our electricity never came back on. We logged a complaint received a refferance and since Friday we have never heard of Eskom again. The cost to phone them twice thrice sometimes 4 times a day is already ridiculous.. What about the meat in the freezer who will compensate us for the extra expenses we facing? Eskom is really really pathetic
