i look after a 95 year old man my grandfather i have been trying to get a hold of eskom for the past 4 days when i do get a hold of them they say they will get a technician to contact me but have not recived a call as yet

i got ahold of 2 consultants the first one was help full the second one was rude as if her holding the line was not part of her job . it is the fourth day with now power to cook or take a bath please could this matter be resoled have sent sms spent over R300 rand on listening to there voice prompt

this is also affecting my grandfathers well being ass some of his breathing equipment is has to be charged
