No electricity for 3 weeks

I am fedup of Eskom and their incompetence my mother has been without electricity for almost a month and each time they come out and says they coming back the next day yet they never do. My mom has been given several reference numbers and has been told a number of times to wait 6 hours. She is an elderly who now sits in the dark and has to make food on an open fire the fact that people gets treated this way isn’t disgusting and i am going to take this to the news papers.
