no electricity for 3 weeks

<p> I am a loyal citizen and pay my bill,but the way eskom has not been helping me saddens me.its been 3 week in the cold and darkness without electricity.I have tried calling eskom and going to their offices and no one has come to put the lights on.the worse part we are the only house without electricity for 3 weeks.I have a 70 year old mother staying with an 8 and 11 year old in this cold and darkness.really this is not right at all.</p>
