No electricity for 2 weeks

I'm very disappointed with eskom. We haven't had any electricity since last week meaning its 2 weeks now without electricity. We lodged a query to this day no one came. We went to the offices the security told us the offices are no longer there. What is going to happen now? Meter no ***
