No Electricity for 2 days at Mayberry Park

Can anyone please assist we have been out of electricity for 2 days at Mayberry Park, Alberton.

There other section of Mayberry Park they have electricity. So can anyone please assist at Driedoring street section that part has been out.

I tried to contact helpdesk centre number does not go through for option 1 Gauteng.
