No electricity for 1 week and eskom failing to fix

I have never seen such In cosmo creek,zandspruit mara crescent street.we haven't had electricity from last week Thursday, till today.the eskom people come here everyday and they are failing to fix the electricity on this street for a week now. I don't know what are they doing or why can't they fix it. We are buying electricity and people who don't buy electricity in townships have electricity and we don't have .things are getting rotten in our fridges. Can this matter be attended to asap.please .we cannot stay another day without electricity. It's unexpectable
