No Electricity Evereytime when there is storm

It is not entire eskom but it is certain regions, yesterday on 12 December 2015 at 18h54 I spent 11 minutes 23 seconds reporting power outage in my area. It was not the first time we are having this problem, my reference number was ***. Today morning at 06h26 I reported angain up untill now 13 December 2015 at 09h45 no electricity with the reference number ***
