no electricity

I got disconnected without using electricity *******ly I am now told to pay a fine of R6000 for them to reconnect i did make the payment however till todate that have not come to reconnect. i have been calling literally everyday and they call centre people just keep saying tomorrow but nothing is being done. i live with a 75 year old gogo and an asthmatic child and its cold.noone seems to care. where else do we go when all the procedures was followed but noone is helping.
