No electricity

They have introduced the new meter box last month, that's not the problem but now this new meter box refuses to accept units number which I bought, since the 4th of November. Am very angry and frustrated because I have been call all the numbers of eskom from the website with no luck and going to eskom office we are told that the van is not available.
