No electricity

When i got home tuesday morning from a funeral my electricity was not working I called the call center number that was on the electricity card,agant told me i have tempered with my electricity that is why its off and investigation will take place, what i dont understand is i how can i temper with the electricity that i buy 4 times a month, ive been staying in house since the 10th of december its a new RDP house, she told nd to wait fo 7 days i had to throw away everything that was in my fridge, no one has made any contact with me and im the only one with no electricity in my erea.
