No electricity

Good day I have a problem guys, it's been 4 weeks having no electricity. I'm having two children, one is at tertiary institutions and another one at primary school, they all left behind because theres no stupid electricity, I haven't cook since the time electricity was gone, u can imagine things I bought that requires to be frozen, are all spoiled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried calling at Eskom but they take time to answer my calls and some times I get assistance and promised they going to ask one of the guys to fix it but no luck even today... My neighbours have electricity but I'm the one having no electricity... Your service is Bad.. my meter number is *** in ext 12 Kagiso 2
