NO ELECTRICITY

Good day

I Shenita Cornelius CPT .My meter number is *** .I woke up in the middle of the night and realised the electricity is off whereby I checked the main box and the meter box(meter box was blank which normally only happens during load shedding ) which is strange as last night I had 102 units on. Please assist with urgency as I do not have any electricity at the moment and my Aunt residing with me is dependent on her nebulizer . REF ***
