No electricity

My electricity is off since monday 7 December 2015, I have phoned Eskom numerous times and everytime they say they will send someone out, on tuesday the 8th December they gave me a reference number, so I waited patiently for eskom to come out, wednesday nothing, thursday I phoned again gave me another reference number, waited, its saturday and still no electricity, I had to run my generator non stop and its costing me a lot of money to keep it running. So please I need this problem fixed asap.
