No electricity

I called the call center to get them to come restore my electricity. I called more than 20 times , they kept on saying a technician is on the way . That is almost 4 days ago. Everything in the fridge is getting off. They said they would escalate the Matter . Everytime I call they say we are escalating the matter even now I am still waiting. No electricity in my house. My neighbors have lights. I am Sooo furious. In December no lights. I am ptreated unfairly. The technician are coming from Mnandi . I am still waiting..... ?My ref: ********** 21 someone please do something.
