No Electricity

This is probably my last hope as I try to tackle an issue we have in my street where 10 -14 houses are left without electricity since Sunday Morning, I have been calling the call center since yesterday they keep telling me the issue is fixed whiles nothing was done. 3 reference numbers and the response is the same 'issue is fixed' the they close the call. We had the same problem last year around this time and it took them 2 weeks to actually fix the problem, I asked to speak to a supervisor in the call center earlier today and was told I'd called back, I'm still waiting for that call. This really is depressing and we elderly people and infants that live in the same block of houses. <br> <br> What does it take to actually get eskom to help you ? I'm probably the only person in my area that is able to do a follow up on this matter. I will be calling the call center again to hopefully get another reference number and be told the have already attended to the matter. <br>
