No electricity

On the 26/04/2026 I have called eskom head office and registered my electricity power off problem reference *** was told technician will attend but nothing happened I need to call back .on 28/04/2026 I have called again eskom was told by agent the matter will be escalated to siyabuswa eskom office feed back will be given again on 29/04/2026 I called eskom still been told the same thing again.i feel siyabuswa eskom office are taking me for a fool not to attend to my electricity problem.i called again was told the matter will be escalated to marble hall office again but was told at siyabuswa eskom offices they know wat is wrong why I don't have electricity but not even a technician went to my house to check the problem. It's been 4 days now I dont have electricity wat a poor services I get from siyabuswa eskom office.
