No electricity

Eskom, I have been without electricity for 4 months now, the owner finely paid the fees in January 2026, also by waiting for eskom to send his account, payment shorted. Eskom wait for 21 day and your electricity will be reconnect, I am still waiting it's day 27 no word from Eskom, not even phone call to say are you at home, I have been phoning asking what is going on, I get told please wait 48 hours before phoning again, it's getting Colder and darker soon, family is sick what must I do, is there someone that can help me
