No electricity

I have been reporting outage problem since February 2023 its not fixed till now,as eskom never bother to come even after so many calls that i made.For the first time in decades I have a Lousy painful Christmas with no electricity, I wish there was other company that can provides electricity for us as eskom is no longer caring.am ****ed
