No electric since from Sunday

No electricity in Dobsonville Matomela and Sithole Street ,power has been off in these two streets since from Sunday and no technician has been sent through,same response by the call center technician has been sent form the morning today till now and they confirmed their turn around time is 7 hours after the call has been logged its now more than 3 days ,i find it unfair and there is no positive response form the call center and i even sent emails nothing has been done ,kids are cold and hungry can someone jump in and assist
