No electric in Cosmo Creek block 617

We have been having an electricity problem from friday 24 Nov 2017, 10h00, it just went off, we logged several calls techniciams came but to date we are still in a dark, we don't use free electic, we are buying it what must we do, not sure if they know what we are doing what are managers saying, we had to throw away food, alams are not working anymore what else should happen or this is really frustrating can Eskom do something, we are so ****ed now, we won't be able to move to the surbubs for our crisis to be heard, or should we strike of vandalise the power stations, no we are not like that, please help our block this is enough now or I should send all the references?
