No customer service at Eskom only robots

We are pensioners living in Table View. On Thursday 6 June we woke up to no power. After establishing that the fault was not on our side we logged a fault online. 5 days later we have now discarded all the food in our fridge including meat. Now the ESKOM helpnumber says that the number does not exist. In 40 years I have never missed a single payment to Eskom. There is no customer service at Eskom.
