No connection

<p>We app**** for a single phase prepaid meter on our property during April of this year. We were emailed a quote for the connection which we paid on 11 April already (ref no ********** 219)</p> <p>We have made several follow up calls and received additional reference numbers ********** 34 and ********** 17. After a complaint on their website last week we were contacted by an agent and still no joy.</p> <p>Today we were told that an email was sent to Vanessa Naidoo last week and she hasn't responded.</p> <p>This matter is not only urgent but is also long overdue.</p> <p>Please help us sort this out</p>
