No assistance with Eskom account

I bought a house a year ago. I have been struggling to transfer the Eskom account into my name for the past 12 months. I called more than 10 times to no assist. I keep calling the call center and they keep telling me that they are escalating the issue to the supervisors, Debbie Griessel and Bridget. This was last year October already. The account keeps pilling up and I cant even make payments because i dont have an account number. This is very unacceptable.
