No assistance

I have been calling Eskom form yesterday 25/04/2018 from 7:30 am, reporting that we don't have electricity and it's only 4 houses that are affected. They have been telling me that they logged a call and the Technicians will come and assist. Even now they are saying I have to wait for four hours. I'm tired of waiting since I'm wasting my airtime calling them to hear them telling me that I will be assisted. Yesterday they **** saying they came to fix the problem whereas they didn't. They gave me a second reference number to use when following up but it's useless for me. Eskom technicians are useless, they are good for nothing.
