No Answer

I have been calling the Eskom call center intermittently for 2 days with no response. When you try the self service on the website, the site hangs. In utter frustration I called the landline and spoke to the complaints department to be told NO there is no problem....that even they have to sometimes hold on for 15 minutes.!
