No action or response received

On 13 November 2015 around 8pm in 5904 Tloome street Orlando East, Eskom contractors came to fix somethings on the newly installed box .And without notifying the community about the fixing or letting us know to switch off appliances,so during that time we had our TV's ,DSTv and DVDs damaged till today.We lodged the complaint with Eskom on their offices in Diepkloof whereby we had affidavits to prove , so no Eskom official or investigators came to see or investigated the matter till now.
