Night with no electricity

A very bad service. In this terrible weather in Cape Town but sitting with no electricity. Its been a couple of nights now we are getting sick from the cold. A COVID-19 will catch us. We been reporting and obtained a reference number *** but to date there is no electricity. We've seen their vehicles and approached them but with no luck. Now can not connect to *** at all.
