NEW INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICITY

I have paid Eskom to install Electricity in my property 7 months ago till this day still no electricity in my place I am so stacked can't do anything I have been sent pillar to post my ***, 2 weeks ago they said the contractor has collected material but nothing has happened
