New Electricity box exploded

Hi I'm in Orlando West ****arney Mpitso Street, on Wednesday Eskom came to replace the danger box but Friday morning the danger box exploded and we have been making calls since Friday morning and waiting for them to come fix it but nothing, our food is spoiling when is Eskom coming to fix our Electricity, I called today and I was on hold for 2 hours no answer what kind of business is Eskom running.
