New Application Disaster

I am unhappy with eskom, new property owner I filled all the forms and sent necessary docs to get to Application I got the reference number *** and it is said with in 30 days a technician should be sent out. Its almost 3 months with no help. I go to the pta customer service Centre they say they can't help with new applications I should follow up with the Alfred chat bot. I have been doing that no technician has been sent out. I am in desparate need of electricity. Where does one get the necessary help
