Neglected for essential service

I still don't have power 😭😭 and my issue is still unresolved after a month. Eskom in Kraaifontein don't resolve people's issues and the bad part of it electricity is a basic human right which makes it essential service that we pay for. But to be assisted when you have a problem the attitude is like we are given for free. Please Eskom Kraaifontein treat all of us with respect irrespective of social status
