Neglected Communities
I leave in Khayelitsha at Green Point in Fubesi Street and I reported the power outage at my house 3 weeks ago through using their chat box Alfred. The box in the house just went blank without anything tripping. I continued to communicate with them through the chat box for the last 2 weeks to no avail only promises of dispatching a technician during office hours and I was given a Ref number - ***.
