Neglected by Eskom

I find it very difficult to understand I leave at Willowvale at Nqabara loc since last week Wednesday the 9th of December we've been having power outage we've been reporting ever since always saying they are going to allocate someone and now they are telling that there are no resources they are only attending emergencies what about our food our meat that got rotten whereas they say they don't have resources but everyday we see some cars passing by not coming to us why can't if they allocate some for that side also check if there's no other place that side which is having fault this thing of Eskom not having competitor is really making them careless about other people infact in their houses they do have electricity that's why they don't care about us my meter no is ***
