Need help

Good day I am really dissapointed with the way Eskom is treating us. We had a loadshedding last week on the 2nd Feb 2022 then when the power came back in my area it didn’t come back at my house. We have been calling and getting ref numbers everyday and when we call again they say our ref number have expired and give us a new one everyday.
