My PVR hard drive is u/s through power shedding

After the power came on tonight, the PVR harddrive was damaged. This means I need to have it repaired or replaced. What is the procedure to claim this from Eskom? <br> In addition, we missed our programs repeatedly over the last number of months. I upgraded to DSTV premium to follow the Super Rugby series at quite a cost, but then the power shedding by Eskom caused me to miss a number of matches. <br> My wife cannot record some of her programmes when the power is down and has to stay up till late to watch the later episode. Will you pay for the loss of sleep?<br> I now have to invest in a large UPS system to keep the power on for some lights, the TV and PVR during power cuts. How can I claim this from Eskom? It will cost me around R15 000+.<br> I can go on and on about what this load shedding is costing me - including emergency LED lights and UPS for my PC. <br> How will you compensate me and other consumers for the lack of service and the resulting costs? I have paid tax and my electricity bill since the early seventies.
