My family has been off electricity more than a week now

Eskom has became a joke now,how can people stay in the dark more than a week,we are on the 2nd week now,they don't care despite of numerous calls and email we sending,they don't attend this matter,food is rotten,kids are suffering,they only think for themselves my father is on chronic medication that has to stay on the fridge all the time,I'm really ****ed 😡😡😡😡,you have failed us
