My 83 year old grandmother

My grand mother is 83 years old and she has broke down because of the service she received for the past 2 months with your company and I will personally hold Eskom if she passes away.<br> <br> Her problems started when she received a call from VVM Attorney demanding her to pay R500 per month, an arrangement was done to pay R300 per month. She paid VVM Attorney R300 per month until a statement was posted by Eskom demanding R250000 and we thought this was a typing error. <br> <br> As a loyal citizen, she went to your office in Diepkloof and the service was terrible, the Consultant was unhelpful demanding that my grandmother should pay R1170.19 which was all her pension money. She tried to explain that she cannot pay and can only pay R600.00, your Consultant threatened her that he will send the technicians to disconnect and truly, they did come and power was disconnected.<br> <br> Please bare in mind that my grandmother is feeding 8 beneficiaries with her pension money, we managed to get R600.00 to pay the rest of the balance and was re-connected. On the 17.09.15, the technicians came again to disconnect and were issued with the latest slip to confirm payment
