I insist to know how come ceetain towns in Limpopo only get power outages fot two hours a whole day, while towns in KZN get NO outages at all, and they dont have water problems either while us in the Cape Prov , Odn , get 4 hours a day electricity and then unscheduled every two hour outages during the night which they dont even show on the grid???????????
