Move Out Electricity Box

Our house was destroyed by heavy rains in November 2021 and we contacted Eskom to move our Electricity Meter Box to another house, we were told to pay R460 which we did on the 3December 2021 but nobody came to move it. We have tried to call so many times only to be transferred all the time or nobody answers the phone. The Electricity is tripping n is shocking, we can't even rebuild the house now coz there's still that box that needs to be moved first.
