most pathetic service

<p>i have been struggling now from the 14th to get a techician to come out and sort their problem out an up till now no one has come out. All i have a is a reference number. i called them more than 50 times and no ever seems to know whats going on. i have spoken to so many supervisors who assusred me that some one will come out and um still waiting.... they have controllers who lie and say that they have called but up till today i have never received a phone call from them... i have never is my life seen so many *********** people....just makes me think</p>
