Most pathetic!

We have reported this issue 2 days ago [Sat - 24 Aug 2024] at 12.13pm

We are currently sitting without electricity and this matter should be resolved urgently as I work from home and cannot afford to be without electricity.

They don't get back to us They can't give you a day or time on when they'll be sending out someone to fix the issue

You have to wait in long call queues to get through Spending so much money on airtime

They have no REGARD for those needing their services and sitting without electricity!

Pathetic!
