Most disgracefull company in S.A

After having our electricity disconnected on Monday (*******ly) as we have had an ongoing query ***. since 7 September, no contact has been made with me with this query, then called again and again and again and up to this morning there was no reconnection logged, this is totally unacceptable but obviously not to Eskom<br> <br> this Morning, Gomotso Mkwala even hung up on me, obviously did not know his duties as a customer care person. <br> ***<br> ***<br> I lasly before I gave up all hope spoke to Marisey in Western Cape and she was a lovely professional lady who seem to get things going I have just had a call from Eskom lets see how long this will take,
