MORE THAN A WEEK WITHOUT ELECTRICITY

I find ESKOM's service pathetic to say the least. We are now on day 9 without electricity. 5 Houses in our road which one of the houses is elderly people and not even one technician was even assigned to the complaint. AFTER PAYING SUCH HIGH TARRIF I WOULD ATLEAST EXPECT BETTER SERVICE. This is just not on.
