more than 6 months, waiting for refund

had pre paid meter installed more than 6 months ago,, paid for meter, etc,, but now i am waiting for refund of my security monies . I followed up numerous times with the Call centre, i send numerous emails, with attachment of my bank statement as proof, everytime, i get new reference nr , but so far no refund yet,, its ridiculous that Eskom earning interest on Security monies held for years, and when its time to pay these monies back, u have to beg and plea for your own money......
