Months lies no help

Hi i have been off since April /May 2025 officially 22 may 2025 so we logged a customer service query but no help since cause we have been to Zola customer service centre (Senzo Khumalo) and they told us mathole depot manager Eric is the 1 holding up but November won't end without getting any service from him now it's December but still no show where would we ask for help if we can't get help from them the issue was cable fault they but still and going to service centre countless times and empty promises can I be assisted cause i live with an elderly pensioner *** Meter Id Braamfischerville phase 1 Amandla Blvd and on the app it says fault cleared... Still the same issue of Eskom Zola and mathole unable to help my reference was cleared as if they fixed but cars just roam around and do nothing my reference *** was cleared again .....since you introduced chat bot you made sure we won't get helped...here's what I got(According to our records this fault has already been attended to and cleared.
