*********** Monopoly, Eskom

Eskom does not want to help, we reside in Cosmo City, half of the city does not have power since yesterday, the technician assigned to fix says he's sick and he cannot assist, Eskom cannot assign anyone else. If the stupid technician is booked off this means we won't have power for weeks. Our kids are writing exams, they cannot study in the dark. Can ****** Eskom wake up and smell the coffee? we pay for these services. This is absolute incompetence and abuse of monopoly. Can someone help, our food is rooting in the fridge.
