Moleko just dropped the phone

A meter problem was reported and Reference number given ***.We were told that they will attend to the problem before end of day that day. They didn't and every time we call are told that they are still on the way. I just phoned now and spoke to a guy who said his name is Moleko. Told him what the problem is and if there is a way he can check how far technicians are. He sounded irritated and just dropped the phone. I tried to call back but my attempts were just not successful.
