Metre is faulty

kindly look into the reference *** i have been escalating this matter for the past 3 days with no response and however the the technicians keep on closing the previous requests *** saying that they have come to site still to no avail, no technician has come to site,

my latest call was with Andisiwe at 16:37 pm 12/05/2012.... look into the matter because Eskoms customer service is quite pathetic taking into consideration that we have buying electricity and the least YOU could do is serve us the right way.
